has extensive experience in disputes resolution in this field. Prior to joining Dentons, Li Esq worked as an in-house counsel
at the legal department of PICC Property &Casualty Co. Ltd.Academically, Li Esq obtained a Master of Laws degree from the
law school of Peking University, a bachelordegree in Economics anda Bachelor of Laws degree from the Southwest University

JD Capital (430719): Represented the company in its acquisition of Jiangxi Zhong Jiang Real Estate Co., Ltd. (SH600053) and the 
following restructuring of Zhong Jiang Real Estate (the first case in China of a NEEQ listed company’acquisition of a formally listed
company; the first case in China of a PE fund’s A-share listing).
JD Capital (430719): Represented the company in its acquisition of Ageas Insurance Company (Asia) Limited (the first case of the acquisition
 of a mainland non-financial business for an overseas financial business, with a volume of transaction of HKD 10 billion) and sold it to
 NWS Holdings Limited three years later at HKD 21.5 billion.
Shenhua Group Corporation Ltd.: Represented the company in its coal-to-liquid joint venture project with Sasol Limited (assisted 
and participated in the whole negotiation process as the chief negotiating lawyer of Shenhua; the total amount of investment was 
USD 7.5 billion and the project was the largest joint venture project of the year).
Danone S.A. and Wahaha Group: Served as the legal counsel for a series of disputes between the two companies.
