As the most experienced attorney at law in Beijing Dacheng Law Office (Shanghai LLP) and one of the co-founders of this law office, Mr. Yang Pingchang has been entitled to the first honorary partner of the law office for his great contribution to the law office and legal practice. Mr. Yang has worked as the head of Shanghai LLP and the head of commission of the law office, and he has been entitled to outstanding attorney at law by judiciary and administrative department in Shanghai for several times.
