Lawyer Zhu has once provided the whole process of legal services for Jing’an Jiuguang Department Store which included services on construction project transfer, assets restructuring and establishing new company, between a state-owned enterprise in Shanghai and a Hongkong department store company with total amounts of investment overall 0.75 billion.  She also provided legal service for a project transfer of a plaza in Jing’an district with total amounts of investment of hundreds million, for the project of Plaza 66 on West Nanjing Road and inviting merchants of the first class brands, for the restructuring and increasing capital for a supermarket between a stock company in Shanghai and a Korean investor with total amounts of investment overall 0.54 billion.
