With over 20 years experience in the legal field, Ling Chen is one of the first lawyers in Beijing to concentrate on real estate law and has served over one hundred clients to date. Her main focus is primary land development, secondary real estate development, real estate-related direct/indirect financing, mergers, acquisitions and restructuring, PPP basic infrastructure projects and foreign investment.
In addition, she is the Director of Dentons' National Committee for Real Estate and Construction Engineering and Dentons' Beijing Department of Real Estate and Construction Engineering.
She is listed in 2014 on Chambers & Partners’ ranking of top real estate lawyers and also listed as an industry leader by Chambers & Partners in 2013, 2014 and 2015.
