Mr. Cai Kaiming has been named as one of the lawyers in Anti-dumping Lawyer Database of Ministry Of Commerce People’s Republic Of China; he is the legal counsel of China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Machinery and Electronic Products, Mr. Cai has extensive expertise and experience in international trade remedy practice. He has been invited to deliver anti-dumping and countervailing lectures in state-owned enterprises, Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Bureaus and Trade Promotion Committees in different provinces and cities; he has been exclusively interviewed by Chinese people's Broadcasting Station, China Economic Observer and The Southern Metropolis Daily etc. Mr. Cai has represented dozens of international trade remedy cases and his team has represented more than 100 cases. In the American anti-dumping investigation, he helped a large number of Chinese mandatory respondent enterprises (the largest export volume sampled Chinese enterprises) and gained zero rates in more than 20 cases of the original investigations, administrative annual reviews and new shipper reviews. In the investigations initiated by EU, India, Canada, Australia, Brazil, Argentina, Indonesia, etc, he also helped a great many of Chinese enterprises and gained zero rates, or achieved no measures result. The clients Mr. Cai had represented including: ZTE, Alcatel-Lucent, AnGang Steel Group, China Steel Group, China Guodian Group, GITI Tire, GuangYa Aluminum Group, CSPC Pharmaceutical Group; deal with various industries including: steel, minmetals chemical, light industry, textile, foodstuffs, medicine, electromechanical etc.
