Cross-border investment and trading business: In the terms of foreign investment funds, Mr. Huang has assisted in dealing mergers and acquisitions in China on behalf of a large number of foreign funded companies and investment banks, involving food raw materials, catering, IT, machinery industry, paper industry, mining and other industries.
