Working Experiences
Ms. Li had worked as an in-house counsel for a public company for ten years before she became a practicing lawyer.
At the public company, Ms. Li handled a number of corporate legal affairs, particularly in the fields of foreign direct investment, international trade, etc. She was also involved in intellectual property protection and investment projects. Due to her long-term career as an in-house counsel, Ms. Li has a special understanding of the needs of corporate clients and their requirements. She is also capable of balancing the legal risks and economic interests of a company and helping clients gain their commercial goals more safely and efficiently.
Ms. Li joined Dacheng Law offices as a manager partner in 2013. Prior to joining in Dacheng, Ms. Li practiced law at GH Law Firm as a partner for 12 years. In her over 14 year’s professional career, she has successfully advised numerous multinational clients on foreign direct investment, mergers & acquisitions, corporate reorganization, international trading and also handled many commercial cases on behalf of numerous multinational clients settled through litigation/arbitration.
