Jifeng Du is the general secretary of the Dentons China PPP business group. His business covers all aspects of project planning, design, construction, investment, financing, operations, claims and counterclaims. He previously provided in-house services as a lawyer for large-scale BOT projects for five years. He is well-versed in the interplay of interests between investors, governments, financial and insurance institutions, general contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.

Mr. Du has served as a lawyer on dozens of large-scale energy, transportation and infrastructure projects, providing specialized and permanent legal services as well as legal services for litigation and arbitration. He has participated in numerous large-scale underground tunnel projects in China, providing PPP, BOT, and EPC services for subway, railway, highway, nuclear power plant, solar power station, development zone, real estate, water treatment, lighting and decorative projects.

In 2016, Mr. Du earned the title of “Chinese PPP Project Gold Medal Lawyer”.
