Jiayin Hou joined in Beijing Dentons in 2007. She obtained her Master Degree in International Commercial Law in the University of Birmingham (UoB) and was selected as one of twelve Chinese lawyers in 2014 by the British Bar Council to participate in the well-known “Bar Council China Training Scheme”. She distinguished herself as an experienced and dynamic attorney, having been involved in advising clients on a wide variety of projects both in the areas of consultancy work and dispute resolution. With eight years of practice and experience of studying and working overseas, she gained rich experience in the areas of domestic and overseas M&A, International commercial transaction, dispute resolution, general corporate affairs, etc. The typical cases she had represented as the lead PRC counsel includes China-Myanmar Crude Oil Pipeline Project.
