Social Activities
Mr. Yu Hui involved in a number of major legislative projects and practical issuesof judicial reform jointly organized by the National People's Congress, the SupremeCourt and academic institutions, which focus on Civil and Commercial Law and Company Law, and had achieved outstanding results. With well-known scholars from the Peking University Law School and Peking University Guanghua School of Management，Mr. Yu founded the "Sino Tax Lawyer Network", made active exploration in the corporate finance operations and tax planning aspects of the legal practice .
