Criminal Law: Mr. LIANG has handled more than 100 criminal cases including the first “zero oral statement” case in Xi’an. He has won the prize of “Excellent Criminal Pleading” from Xian Lawyers Association in September 2007. Mr. LIANG has a deep and solid understanding of Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure Law and relevant judicial interpretations. He is an expert in tackling significant and difficult criminal cases with abundant experience ,at the same time,he enjoys high success rates of pleadings.

Labor Disputes: Mr. LIANG has accumulated massive experience in this area by dealing with hundreds of labor dispute cases and is skilled in grasping the focus of such disputes precisely.

Insolvency Liquidation: Mr. LIANG has participated in numerous insolvency liquidation cases such as Shanxi Consulting Development Company, Xi’an Jinmao Plaza Co., Ltd, Xi’an Township Enterprise Development Co., Ltd, Shanxi Garments Shoes and Hats Industry Co., Ltd, Shanxi Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd, Shanxi Precision Metal (Group) Co., Ltd etc.

Legal Publicity: Mr. LIANG has been retained as legal instructor or legal principal by a number of primary and middle schools. He has volunteered in holding more than 50 legal speech reports for a plenty of universities, middle schools and primary schools in Xi’an. In March 2008, Mr. LIANG won the Second Prize of “Attorneys Participating in Social Welfare” from Xi’an Lawyers Association and he was awarded as “Advanced Individual” in the activity of “Lawyers in Campus” held by the Leading Group Office of ‘Governing the Province by Law Project’ of Shanxi Provincial Party Committee, Leading Group Office of ‘Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency Project’ of Shanxi Integrated Administer Committee, Justice Department of Shanxi, Education Department of Shanxi, Shanxi Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League and Shanxi Lawyers Association in December 2007.
