Guitai Cui is a partner in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution and Arbitration practice groups in Dentons' Beijing office. He focuses on construction, real estate, corporate law and financial institutions. Mr. Cui has served as a legal consultant or litigation attorney for a number of well-known listed companies and financial institutions, including China Construction First Building, China Construction Eighth Engineering Division, China State Construction Engineering, Yonker Environmental Protection, LianTronics and Bank of Shanghai, providing them with professional legal services. In 2016, Mr. Cui was appointed as an arbitrator specializing in commercial disputes for the Changsha Arbitration Commission.
Mr. Cui has represented clients in six commercial cases in the Supreme People's Court, 10 arbitration cases in front of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission and the Beijing Arbitration Commission and 500 civil and commercial cases in Chinese courts and arbitration bodies at all levels. The judgments have consistently protected the legitimate rights and interests of the clients, winning the satisfaction and recognition of clients by achieving significant benefits and recovering substantial losses. In addition, Mr. Cui has also participated in the judgment of civil and commercial cases as an arbitrator.
Mr. Cui actively engages in legal aid activities in Beijing. At the same time, he also serves as juvenile rights lawyer in Beijing.
