Practice Areas Mr Hua is experienced at legal work, especially in development of real estate, corporation legal affairs and civil litigation area. He has outstanding criminal defens experience as well. Before starting practice as a professional attorney, Mr Hua worked as an engineer at Nanjing Cement Design and Research Institute. Mr Hua was in charge of feasibility examination for construction project, general arrangement for manufactory and other plan. He also participated big cement corporation's Project establishment and approval. Mr Hua is familiar with company management and relevant legal matters.
Since starting practice from 2000, Mr Hua provided legal services for joint venture, state-owned enterprises and private enterprises such as real estate, construction engineering, import and export, pharmacy, Textile, cement, electrommunication and so on.
