3.Provided all the legal services in relation to the mergers and acquisitions of Chinese companies by a number of transnational companies;

4.Provided all the legal services for a number of transnational companies for the incorporation of their wholly foreign owned enterprises and joint ventures in China;

5.Provided all the legal services for a number of transnational companies in their acquisition of land-use right and development of production facilities in China;

6.Having been the long-term legal counsel of several pharmaceutical companies and conversant with the practices and operations of pharmaceutical companies;
