Daorina is a senior partner of Dentons, serving as a member of the Advisory Board of Beijing Dentons Office, a member of the Beijing Office Management Committee, the Director of the Second Business Department, and the executive director of the China Dispute Resolution Committee. He has 30 years of practical experience in the field of dispute resolution, and has been awarded the title of Beijing Outstanding Lawyer.
Daorina won the ‘Contract Disputes Lawyer of the Year in China’ of ‘Corporate Intl’ and ‘Global Law Experts’ for two consecutive years in 2018 and 2019.
Experience
- Contract dispute between state-owned enterprises and the government, the settlement of which amounted to more than 28 million yuan. The court eventually supported all the claims filed on behalf of the client by Dao Rina.
- Represented an import and export corporation with relative human entrepot trade principal-agent contract from dispute to arbitration, with a contract target of US$2.4 million. The arbitration tribunal ultimately upheld the entire arbitration request by Dao Rina.
- Government procurement contract dispute arbitration case with a contract target of up to 9 million yuan. The two sides eventually reached a settlement in which the principal's interest was given the maximum protection.
- Ownership dispute between China railway materials corporation Harbin and multiple companies, with a contract target of several million yuan.
- Reciprocal contract disputes between Northeast university of petroleum and another party. With Dao Rina’s representation, the university won the case.
