Annie Xu has practiced law as a lawyer since 2003, working in the fields of mergers and acquisitions, listing of enterprises, investment and financing of private equity fund, design and issuance of financial products, etc. Annie is a legal personnel of Shanghai Pharmaceuticals Holding Co., independent director of ABAChem (300261), Kidstone（833377）, and also on the review board of the new three board stock project of Guotai Junan Securities.
