Working Experiences
He started practicing law in 1995. Now he is the secretary-general of Dacheng Law Administrative Committee and Strategy Committee, the vice chairman of Dacheng Law Real Estate and Construction Committee, the leader of the Project on “Integration of the extensive Yangtze River Delta”, the executive director of Shanghai office of Dacheng Law, deputy secretary of Party committee in Dacheng law firm, the director of the Shanghai Construction and Real Estate Department and also the senior partner.

Qualifications
He was nominated as one of the Top Ten Youth Economic Figures of Shanghai in 2008. He was also awarded as “the Pace-setter in the New Long March” by Shanghai Justice Administration system in the same year. What's more, he was elected as one of the Ten Outstanding Young Persons of Shanghai Jing’an district in 2008.
As an excellent lawyer in the area of real estate, he was evaluated as one of the Top Ten Lawyer in Real Estate in China by domestic authorities in 2007. As the director of the Construction and Real Estate Department, he and his team have been awarded as one of the Top Ten Real Estate Law Firm of Shanghai by authoritative media for two consecutive years. As the vice chairman of Dacheng Law Real Estate and Construction Committee, Wu, together with all the professional lawyers in Real Estate of Dacheng Law, won the second place of Chambers Asia, in the area of real estate.

These years, He has got rich experience in newly emerging business such as cross-border financing, cross-border merger,private equity fund in real estate area，asset securitization，overseas Reits， Chinese real estate companies’ abroad investment ， international construction and so on. He also expertise in offering legal service for the whole procedure from financing to quiting.

He is the legal consultant of many advanced real estate enterprises such as CP Group,IMC Group,COFCO Property (Group) Co.Ltd, China Resources Land,Longfor real estate Co., Maoye International Holdings Ltd.and so on.Moreover, he has offered legal services for Vanke Group Shanghai branch,zhenzhou branch,Nanjing Branch,Guangming Group,Dazhong transport,Yifeng Group and other major real estate enterprises in China. Also, he served as the distinguished legal adviser of Shanghai Real Estate Transaction Centre and the arbitrator of the 4th and 5th Shanghai Arbitration Commission.
