Mr. Zhao was appraised as the first-class lawyer in Tianjin in 2004, one of the most outstanding legal professionals in Tianjin in 2005.  He was elected as the representative of People’s Congress in Hexi district in Tianjin, the member of Committee for Internal and Judicial Affairs in 2006, and the member of Youth Federation in Tianjin in 2007.
