He advises foreign investors on establishing foreign invested enterprises in China and providing ongoing legal services to the JVs and WFOEs, including daily operation of cooperation, construction of factory building, M&A and etc. Mr. Dai participated in a number of acquisition projects, including industrial warehouses, factory buildings, office buildings, wastewater treatment plants and etc. Mr. Dai currently serves as outside legal counsel to a number of multinationals and domestic companies.
