Education
Mr. Yang holds law degrees from Tsinghua University (LLB) and the University of Hong Kong (LLM). He also has a B.A degree in economics from the School of Finance & Tax of Dongbei University of Finance and Economics (DUFE). Mr. Yang's practice areas include: foreign investment, mergers and acquisitions, and securities law matters. He also has substantial successful experiences in international commercial litigations and finance fraud defence. He is the Director of Foreign-related Law Department & Committee of the Firm.

In the early practice years, Mr. Yang won two "Best Debater" titles in both the Shenzhen v. Zhuhai Lawyers TV Debate Competition and the Guangdong Lawyers TV Debate Competition. He was also a law program commentator, host of both TV and radio stations in Shenzhen.
