Ms. Zhang has served for many international companies and listed companies. She has expertise in corporate law and commercial law; practiced in cross-border Transactions and Investments; Mergers and Acquisitions; international trading; and outbound engineering projects about steel structure and power plant.
Ms. Zhang has rich experience in business disputes settlement. She has handled many kinds of business dispute cases, including shareholders action; manager’s fiduciary duty case; secured transaction disputes; product liability case; a construction contract dispute; intelligent property infringement disputes, etc.
