Working Experiences

Lawyer Zhang has more than 20 years of work experience in legal affairs of all kinds of enterprises, companies and corporations across eastern China. He first worked as a teacher in law school of a university teaching economic law. Later he worked as a middle rank manager in three different enterprises. Then he began to practice in law firms.

His clients include many kinds of organizations such as central state-owned enterprises, private banking department of business bank,private enterprises, Beijing TV station, public welfare foundations, education institutes and other financial entities. In addition to handling various commercial litigations and arbitrations, he acts as outside legal counsel for clients by providing practical business advice and developing strategies, drafting and reviewing contracts and other legal documents to avoid exposure to legal risks. Mr. Zhang has tried and arbitrated more than 50 civil and commercial litigations, and handled up to 100 non-litigation legal projects. Have rich practical experience, understand how to combine theory and practical operation to provide high quality legal service to high-end customers.
