On August 12, 2015, attorney Mr. Lu Yuefeng, on behalf of Dacheng’s Guangzhou Office, signed the contract of standing legal counsel with Guangzhou Panyu District People’s Government. Henceforth, Dacheng becomes the standing legal counsel of the district government. The service team members include Lu Yuefeng, Li Bo, Li Zhiyun, Ling Yongqin, Deng Liting and Zhang Shuhao.

Dacheng’s Guangzhou Office has always devoted to providing government agencies with legal services for law-based administration, and helping governments at all levels construct the rule-of-law government and promote the level of law-based administration. Panyu District People’s Government has invited several well-known law firms for bidding for its standing legal counsel. Upon harsh selection, Dacheng’s Guangzhou Office was finally selected to be the standing legal counsel of Panyu District People’s Government for its advantages of professionality, teamwork and reputation in legal services for governments as well as its quality service solution.

As the standing legal counsel of Panyu District Government, Guangzhou Office will advise on Panyu District Government’s major administrative decisions and important administrative actions; provide legal opinions for the normative papers and public policies; participate in negotiations on major projects, and assist in drafting, revising and reviewing important legal documents; review critical contracts with Panyu District Government or its departments as one party; participate in the handling of legal affairs of major accidental and massive events; represent administrative reconsideration, litigation, arbitration, execution and other non-litigation legal affairs. In addition to duties of standing legal counsel, Dacheng’s Guangzhou Office will also taking full advantage of its professional skills and rich practicing experience in the fields of finance, capital market and PPP, provide Panyu District with professional services in relevant fields and promote economic and social development in Panyu.
