On April 24, 2015, the government of Hunan province approved a proposed takeover transaction between TCC International (Hong Kong) Holdings Limited (acquirer) and Hunan Jindadi Material Co., Ltd. (acquiree) in its No. [2015] 0038 document. The acquisition, valued at RMB1.17bn, has so far been executed.

A Dacheng team composed of Changsha-based senior partner Jiang Guofu and attorney Guo Sheng advised Hunan Jindadi Material Co., Ltd. on the acquisition.
