China Jingye Construction Engineering (Singapore) Pte Ltd., a subsidiary of China Metallurgical Group Corporation (“MCC”) successfully issued S$300mln, 3-year offshore senior bonds, of which the difference between the coupon rate and the market rate of interest is the slightest amongst similar credit-enhanced Singapore currency-denominated bonds. The bonds were favored by a large number of quality investors, which consequently raised MCC’s reputation in the international bond market.

Beijing-based senior partners Liu Yan and Wang Feng, and associate Guo Jing acted as MCC’s PRC legal counsel in its offshore issuance of Singapore currency-denominated senior bonds. Their service was conducted in both Chinese and English languages.
