On June 11, 2015, Xi’an Biteli Photoelectric Co., Ltd. (“Biteli”, stock code: 832589) was successfully listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (“NEEQ”) system. Western Securities, China Audit Asia Pacific Certified Public Accountants LLP, and Dacheng Xi’an office provided services to the company.
