On May 12, 2015, Fujian Shenzhou Electronics Co., Ltd. (“Shenzhou Electronics”, stock code: 832451) was successfully listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (“NEEQ”) system. A Shenzhen-based team comprising senior partner Zhang Jian and associates Xu Wenjin and Liu Chunhua advised Shenzhou Electronics on the listing.
