Dacheng Attorneys Retained as Legal Counsel for Nanchang
On April 14, 2015, in a meeting held by the municipal Party committee and the municipal government of Nanchang, 20 attorneys from Nanchang, including partner Zhang Zhenhe, associates Gu Xingbin and Chen Meiling from Dacheng’s Nanchang office were officially retained as legal counsel for Nanchang.
The legal counsel team is formed echoing the requirement made at the Third and Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee that legal counsel system should be established to ensure important decision-making and administration are bound by law. The team will advise the municipal Party Committee of Nanchang, the municipal people’s congress and its standing committee, the municipal government and the municipal political consultative conference on important decision-making.
