A Dacheng team led by senior partner Yu Hui advised China Life and Chongqing Yufu Capital Private Equity Co., Ltd. on the formation of China Life-Yufu Fund (RMB3bn). The team participated in the structuring of the fund and negotiations between the two parties, and advised on formation of the fund and fund raising. 

This is the fifth insurance capital-supported equity fund advised by Yu while he acts as legal counsel for China Life, following the formation of China Life-Suzhou Fund (RMB10bn), China Life-Wuxi Fund (RMB9bn), China Life-Guangzhou Fund (RMB20bn) and Cinda Fund (RMB6.5bn).
