On January 28, 2015, Huayin 2014 Phase-I (Credit Assets Securitization) Trust Assets-backed Securities was issued at a size of RMB4,592,924,980 at the national inter-bank bond market. Huaxia Bank Co., Ltd. acted as the originating bank and Beijing International Trust Co., Ltd. as the issuing company, with approval from People’s Bank of China and China Banking Regulatory Commission.
A Dacheng team led by Wang Lihong, of council and executive head of Dacheng Global Financial Lease Committee, advised Huaxia Bank on the project. The team also included He Yuhua, Lv Xiaxi, Bo Jin, Sun Chao, Tong Jiali and Zheng Wenjing.
