Lu Yaobing pointed out that retaining Dacheng as legal counsel for the Bureau was a meaningful attempt to instill and improve the rule of law in the governance of taxation affairs at the Bureau, which has been strongly advocated by the central leadership. Lu Yuefeng echoed his point and emphasized the importance of employing professional legal service providers in improving the rule of law in the Bureau’s administrative and taxation matters. He also added that Dacheng would take full advantage of its expertise and resources from its legal service network to render proactive, timely and quality services for the Bureau.
The signing ceremony was attended by over 60 staff members of various departments of the Bureau and heads and key personnel of legal departments of institutions under the Bureau as well as a team of ten lawyers from Dacheng’s Guangzhou office.
