On November 15, 2014, China Vanke Co., Ltd. (“China Vanke”) received a notice of acceptance (No.[2014] MTN459) from National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors (“NAFMII”) on the registration of RMB1.8bln worth of medium-term notes (“MTNs”). The registered amount would be effective within two years upon receiving the notice of acceptance.

Industrial and Commercial Bank of China and China Merchants Bank acted as joint lead underwriter for the MTNs, while senior partner Zhang Gang and partner Chen Lingling acted as legal advisor for the issuer. Their efficiency and expertise won unanimous recognition from the client and other intermediaries.
