A Shenzhen-based team led by attorney Li Qi was recently appointed standing legal counsel for Tencent Holdings Limited for a second year. The team would be responsible for advising the company on day-to-day management, operation and governance. 

The team also includes attorneys Yang Guanghua and Wang Zhiwei, with support from Beijing-based senior partner Qian Hongji and partner Wang Baoyong.
