Yunnan Metallurgical New Energy is currently developing a 300MW PV power station which is expected to be the largest PV power station in Yunnan and the largest monomer PV power station in China. The new development draws much attention from domestic and foreign media as well as business insiders.
A Dacheng team led by Beijing-based attorney Qing Zhengke conducted due diligence and legal risk control in connection with the acquisition, with a focus on issues such as sector and local policies, state-own equity transfer, use of collectively-owned land for industrial purposes and mass use of forest land.
