A Dacheng team led by Beijing-based senior partner Shi Wanlin recently advised Liaoning Shidai Wanheng Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Shidai Wanheng”) in connection with a loan program between China Development Bank (“CDB”) and Shidai Wanheng’s offshore SPV.
