Dacheng finance partner Wang Libo and associate Huang Ying from investment and M&A department recently advised souyidai.com, an internet finance service platform launched by sohu.com, on P2P-related matters. 

Wang and Huang, while working collectively with colleagues from the platform, did a prospective study on the development of P2P finance under existing legal and policy framework, drafted and reviewed all legal documents regarding transaction structure, procedure, risk prevention and control, particularly those in related to the standardized management of fund. On September 2, 2014, P2P products were officially launched on souyidai.com.
