A Dacheng team recently won the bid of serving as legal counsel for New China Life Insurance Co., Ltd. (“NCI”) on a large-scale purchase of real property in Xi’an and Taian. 

The team led by Beijing-based senior partner Yu Hui provided all-round legal service for NCI, including representing the client in negotiations. The team had previously advised NCI on real property investment in Yantai and Ordos. 

Yu is meanwhile giving legal counsel for NCI on several other large-scale real property investment plans. He also advises China Life Insurance, another important insurer in China on relevant matters.
