In late April, a contract was sealed by Dacheng and Cross-Strait China Culture Communication Foundation whereupon a team led by partner Yin Xiuchao would act as standing legal counsel for the foundation.

Cross-Strait China Culture Communication Foundation is a non-profit charity foundation registered in London. It aims to unite all peace-loving compatriots at home and abroad through proactive, extensive cooperation, strengthen cross-strait cultural exchange, bring more benefits to people across the straits and foster a win-win situation.
Mr. Chen Yunlin, former president of Association for Relations across the Taiwan-Straits, Mr. Lin Jun, president of All-China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese and Mr. Zhou Zhihua, former secretary of Chiang Ching-guo are honorary advisors for the foundation.
