Jiuding China Growth Fund II, L.P., a new US dollar fund, was recently launched by JD Capital. The fund targets at a size of $200mln. The first phase of fundraising was completed and closed in this January with $150mln, more than what had been initially targeted. Currently, investment of the fund is underway and it is expected to close within this year.

Dacheng senior partner Li Shoushuang advised JD Capital on PRC law issues related to the fund.
