On January 24 2014, the first batch of enterprises were launched on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (“NEEQ”) system, following the expansion of China’s over-the-counter market. Guangdong Keshuo Machinery Science and Technology Co., Ltd. (“Keshuo Science and Technology”, Stock code: 430571) was one of them. The project was advised by a Dacheng team composed of Shenzhen-based partners Shang Hongjin and Cheng Jianfeng, who were responsible for due diligence, restructuring and the listing itself. Dongguan Securities acted as securities trader and China Audit Asia Pacific Certified Public Accountant Co., Ltd. as auditor.
