On January 24 2014, the first batch of enterprises were launched on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (“NEEQ”) system, following the expansion of China’s over-the-counter market. Guangdong Keshuo Machinery Science and Technology Co., Ltd. (“Keshuo Science and Technology”, Stock code: 430571) was one of them. The project was advised by a Dacheng team composed of Shenzhen-based partners Shang Hongjin and Cheng Jianfeng, who were responsible for due diligence, restructuring and the listing itself.
