On March 16 2012, Guangzhou Pubang Landscape Architecture Co., Ltd. (Ticker symbol:普邦园林, Code No.:002663) was launched at the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. Dacheng senior partner Shen Linping was invited to the listing ceremony and attended the appreciation banquet on the evening of March 15 with Shenzhen-based attorney Xiong Zhihui and Xiamen’s Guo Zhiqing.
Pubang Landscape Architecture Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Pubang Landscape”) is primarily engaged in landscape engineering, garden design, nursery stock production and trading and garden maintenance for residential areas, tourist resorts and public lawns.
Pubang Landscape offered 43.68mln RMB-denominated ordinary shares this time, or 25.006% of the total 174.68mln shares scheduled to be offered. Dacheng acted as legal counsel for the issuer. Guangdong GP Certified Public Accountant Co., Ltd. served as auditor and GF Securities Co., Ltd. as sponsor.
The project was led by Dacheng senior partner Shen Linping and was undertaken jointly by Mr. Shen, attorneys Quan Fen and Guo Zhiqing. Starting in April 2010, Mr. Shen’s team began to advise the company on restructuring and reform, conducted pre-listing tutoring and submitted files to relevant agencies to prepare the company for the listing. Their efforts paid off. This is the second successful listing advised by Mr. Shen in 2012, and the fourth for Dacheng.
