To keep abreast of the international development trend of infrastructure PPP (public-private partnership) and satisfy the needs of China’s engineering contracting enterprises in business transformation and upgrading, China International Contractors Association (“CHINCA”) coordinated the writing of Analysis Report on Offshore Infrastructure PPP Investment Environment and Status Quo of Chinese Enterprises and released the report lately.
The report was jointly prepared by Dacheng senior partner Jiang Rongqing and people from Deloitte China, Shanghai Jumbo Consulting Co., Ltd., AON (China) and Bank of China.
