On January 6 2012, Chengdu Leejun Industrial Co., Ltd. (stock code: 002651) was launched on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. Dacheng attorneys Shen Linping and Mao Wei were invited to the listing ceremony.
 
Leejun Industrial Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in the production of power concentrators for cement grinding systems and R&D, manufacturing and sales of highly efficient, energy-saving and environmental friendly roller presses and support equipment.
 
The listing was advised by a Dacheng team led by senior partner Shen Linping from the capital market practice and was undertaken jointly by Mr. Shen, attorneys Mao Wei and Zhang Lei. Since July 2008, the team led by Mr. Shen advised the company on reform and restructuring, offered pre-listing tutoring, assisted in application and acquiring regulatory approval before the company was successfully launched at the Exchange. The listing is among the first batch of listings in 2012 at the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and the first successful listing advised by Dacheng this year.
