Recently, Shaoxing Zhenze Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership), a subsidiary of Zhejiang Zangyuan Hui Holdings Co., Ltd., completed its acquisition of 52% stake in Xabregas, an Australia-based company.

This was Zangyuan Hui's first-ever overseas investment project, marking its first step in the field of overseas investment and the official launch of its overseas investment map. The equity investment in Xabregas Pty Ltd., a company in Western Australia, aims to support the development of the ecological farm industry, which involves producing high-quality grape, wheat and rape and other cash crops, cultivating and exploiting timber, and breeding cattle and sheep.

This deal is another great example of the seamless collaboration between Dentons' offices inside and outside China. A Dentons Hangzhou team led by Gao Yang coordinated this deal. They advised the client on due diligence, negotiation of the package agreement, domestic filing and registration, as well as the closing of this deal.
