August 14-15th, 2009, the 8th China Lawyer Forum was held in Chengdu, Sichuan province.
Supported by Chengdu Municipal Party Committee and Government, coordinating urban and rural sub-forum became a highlight. Attorney Xu Yongqian hosted and planned the sub-forum. He invited top experts and scholars in coordinating urban and rural research and experience lawyers with Judicial practice to offer advices. The participating experts and scholars summarized Chengdu practice experience from theory and provided valuable comments and suggestions to Chengdu reform. The lawyers delivered a wonderful speech at the forum. At the end, the forum discussed the legal service space, service content and charging style. The complete success of coordinating urban and rural sun-forum will expand strategic space of new business for and open up new legal market for lawyers.
