Singapore office partners meeting was held in the Purple Palace of Nanjing. Six partners participated in the meeting on June 19, 2009 .
A resolution was issued in the meeting, that is, six partners should subscribe equal capital contribution to the Singapore office.
The Singapore office will announce its opening on June 18 through tone resolution of the meeting, and Dacheng partners in all its global offices are invited to the opening ceremony. The relative acception affairs are being arranged.
The issues of the coming 49th Senior Partners Conference were announced in the meeting. The business situation of the first six months and the Singapore office’s opening will be concerned in Managing partner’s report.
The Singapore office partners are required to make a development plan and strategy in a recent period. Besides, financial and management system are also necessary in the expectation that the Singapore office could be an oversea office model.
