On May 6, 2009, Sunshine Insurance Group Co., Ltd made an strategic cooperation legal services agreement with Dacheng Law offices.
Dacheng will form an advisory group to provide perennial legal services for Sunshine Insurance Group Co., Ltd, and will appoint senior partner Liu Xinde as a chief legal consultant in the group. Dacheng will establish the office of the legal consultant with legal secretaries on duty all day in the head office of the company.
The rang of legal services provided by Dacheng includes Sunshine Insurance Group Co., Ltd, Sunshine Property and Casualty Insurance Co., Ltd., Sunshine Life Insurance Co., Ltd and the group company’s full owned subsidiaries and branches of the above-mentioned companies all across the country.
Dacheng will make full use of global legal service network and numerous branches at home and abroad to provide omni-directional, multi-level and high standard specialized legal services for Sunshine Insurance Group Co., Ltd.
