On June 26, 2009, the government of Jilin province held the 3rd appointing meeting for legislative and consultative committees. Governor Han Changbin presented and made an important speech. During the meeting, attorneys Wang Zhe and Gao Shucheng in Dacheng Changchun office were appointed as legal counselors for Jinlin             government. And they took letters of appointment issued by Governor Han Changbin in person.
Election of the new legal counselors for Jinlin government took place this year. And the selection of the new legal counselors was organized and implemented by provincial general office and provincial department of justice. Due to their outstanding performances in examination and interviews, attorney Wang Zhe and attorney Gao Shucheng were appointed to be legal counselors for provincial government.
