Dacheng Attorney Re-Engaged as Domain Name Dispute Resolution Expert of CIETAC
The CIETAC Internet Dispute Resolution Center recently extended an engagement letter to Tao Xinliang, head of the intellectual property practice of Dacheng’s Shanghai office to retain him as a domain name dispute resolution expert for another term, till March 1, 2008.
Tao is one of the first domain name dispute solution experts retained by CIETAC Internet Dispute Resolution Center since 2000. He is also one of the experts that have settled the largest number of domain name disputes over the years, including some influential ones.
