“Asian Legal Business” (“ALB”), an authoritative legal ranking agency, published its “ALB China Power List 2015” recently. Senior partner Yu Hui was honored as one of the “Top 10 Most Influential Lawyers in China”. 

Yu was recognized for his influence in advising on insurance capital investment. In 2014, he and his team successfully advised China Life, the largest life insurance company in China, on the formation of a 20 billion yuan industry investment fund invested collectively with the municipal government of Guangzhou. It is largest one amongst a series of funds advised by Yu, including Guoshou-Suzhou Fund, Wuxi Fund, Xinda Fund and Yufu Fund. The deals won “China Business Law Journal”’s “2013 Deal of the Year” award and Yu was nominated by the journal as “2014 Dealmaker of the Year”.
